The hydraulic floor, which is a typical Barcelona detail, has been preserved and generates a very cozy atmosphere in the space. Upon entering you are greeted by the bright living room with integrated kitchen. Light enters from the large window, which in turn allows access to the balcony overlooking Carrer de Pizarro. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, one of them is a suite. Each room has a closet to store everything you need. In total, the apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. Barceloneta beach is 7 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year. The Ciudadela Park is a few blocks away and is a favorite place for many to do outdoor activities. Passeig Joan de Borbo, a few minutes from the apartment, is a nice promenade where several restaurants gather and offer a view of the dock with the most impressive yachts anchored there. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 3 minutes from the apartment.
