The apartment has been recently renovated and renewed in the fornitures and equipments. The apartment is located in via Saint Bon, a few meters from Via Zurigo, where there is the metro station of the red line Inganni (M1), through which it is possible to reach in a few minutes the famous residential neighbourhoods of Washington, Wagner and De Angeli. This area is thus perfect both for university students, that may reach with public transportation the most important universities of Milan and the most famous areas of the “Movida Milanese”, and for young workers, given the presence, very close to the apartment, of the offices of important companies such as L’Oreal or Capgemini, as well as the famous Centro Diagnostico Italiano and the Centro Ospedaliero Militare, Dipartimento Militare di Medicina Legale, both located in via Saint Bon. In via Saint Bon there are the bus lines number 49 and 327, while in via Zurigo the lines 58, 63, and night bus NM1 allow to reach Piazza Bande Nere on one side, and Bisceglie metro and bus station on the other side. The area is served with any kind of services: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways.
