It's located close to Calle Velázquez, Maria de Molina, Principe de Vergara and many other interest points such as a IE University, Retiro Park, and many tourist attractions. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room for 2 more people. It has 2 bathrooms, completely equipped with towels and small amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the needed to make you feel at your own home. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
