Studio Basic - North Campus We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. If you are happy to book one of these periods, then please proceed with a Booking Request and our team will confirm your booking. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Unit: Studio Basic is a private unit, with a private entrance and a small kitchenette. The bathroom is shared with another person living downstairs studio basic. The studio is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, and 60" Smart TV. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the unit. Please note that the resident of this room will have a small kitchenette and be able to use a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle in the room. There is no full kitchen with sink.
