This place is a fully furnished apartment located in the greenest area of Kraków. This is a three-bedroom apartment equipped with all sorts of appliances. The bedrooms are wide, the wardrobes spacious and the beds very new and comfortable. In each bedroom there are desks, wardrobes, lamps, double beds, rack for clothes and bedside tables. The apartment was fully painted in 2023. The apartment is made of a hallway with a kitchen and small living space (all in one open space), bedroom, big bedroom, bedroom with balcony, bathroom with both shower and bathtub and separate toilet. The bedrooms are furnished, cozy and spacious. There are desks, bedside tables, wardrobes with hangers, lamps, double beds with new mattress, tables and chairs. The place is very close - practically adjacent - to the famous Błonia meadow and only a few minutes from the Old Town (12 minutes walk or 5 minutes tram/bus/cab). There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The price of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent (only one-time payment, approximately 90 EUR). We're always available for our tenants. Neighborhood Our place is in a central location, very close to both green spots (famous parks), national library and cinema. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Within three minutes walk you can find a shopping mall, all kinds of shops, stores (few of them open 24H) and groceries. There are as well few restaurants (perfect for families) with either foreign (Italian, Japanese etc.) or typical polish traditional cuisine. It’s very easy to park the car in the area. Nearby - 2 minutes walk - there is a bus stop for the airport. Within few minutes (around 20-30 mins.) the tenants can get to the Balice airport by ta(hidden) bus.
