Beyond the confines of your studio, you’ll have access to an array of impressive common areas. A large living room with a terrace invites you to unwind and socialize, while a cozy lobby area provides a tranquil space for relaxation. Additionally, a convenient washing room is available for your laundry needs. Situated in the heart of Seville, the city boasts the largest historic center in Europe, showcasing remarkable attractions such as the Real Alcázar of Sevilla, the Seville Cathedral with the iconic Giralda Tower, and the Torre del Oro by the riverside. You’ll enjoy easy access to the entire city, whether by foot, metro, bus, or tram, making it convenient to reach various schools and universities. Seville also offers a public bike transportation system, allowing you to explore the city on two wheels. Moreover, this property is conveniently located near Cartuja and city center campuses, ensuring proximity to educational institutions. While we do not provide food service within our residence, our dedicated staff takes care of the cleaning of common areas.
