🏡 This lovely apartment is spacious, new, and centrally situated in the very heart and center of Bairro Alto, one of the oldest, most central, and fun neighbourhoods of the city, within a walking distance to Lisbon's touristic spots, local cafes, and chef restaurants. This well-maintained unit comes with the convenience of bills included up to 100 euros. To book this accommodation we also charge an admin fee of 5% of the amount of the stay. THE SPACE The space and design are meant to be true to this ubiquitous area, while also being comfortable to lounge around in and relax from the nightly revels as well as to observe the fun from above (behind double-paned glass windows). The apartment features a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and a closet, a second bedroom with a sofa bed, which can also moonlight as an excellent office space, a kitchen space with full amenities. We will once again send you all the check-in details. Other things to note This is a residential building in the historic center of Lisbon. These are old buildings, and soundproofing is not what you will get in a hotel. Its possible that you will hear the neighbours, kids, dogs, and street noise. ONLY STAIRS - You must know that there is no elevator, only stairs, remember that because of the luggage! LUGGAGE - If you arrive in the morning or your flight is after check-out time on the day of departure, we recommend leaving your luggage in the safe in the city center...
