Upon entering, you are greeted by the living and dining room with access to a charming little balcony overlooking Carrer del Baluard. The kitchen is integrated and equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to start cooking from the day you arrive. The bedroom is a double and has a large wardrobe to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, wifi and an alarm. On Passeig de Joan de Borbó, just 2 minutes from the apartment, you'll find a lovely promenade where you can stroll and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts moored at the dock. There are also several bus stops nearby. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 10 minutes from the apartment.
