The bedroom has a bed that is 140x200cm and is brand new (2022). The bedroom includes a desk, chair and a big closet for both clothes and other things to store. There are big windows on one side of the bedroom which gives plenty of natural light into the room. There is a great wifi connection in the bedroom. The apartment is on the second floor in a very friendly neighborhood. It is close to both universities and is in walking distance from downtown Reykjavík as well as bus station and shopping mall. There is high-speed internet (Wifi) at the apartment, and it is included in the rent. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from Kringlan (15-18 minutes walking) which is Iceland's second biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores. In Kringlan there is also Bónus which is Iceland’s cheapest supermarket. Suðurver is only 8 minutes away and there is a small supermarket and a bakery. There is also another smaller supermarket (Sunnubúð) which is 4 minutes away. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, airfrier, microwave, fridge, freezer, heating cattle , coffee machine and all the necessities you need.
