Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 2 minutes walk to tram stop in Puławska str., 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów. Easy access with public transport to all parts of Warsaw (close metro station, many buses and trams). Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University, Vistula, SGH, WUT (Warsaw University of Technology), SGGW, Warsaw University etc. Upper Mokotów is prestigious and one of the most desirable districts to live in Warsaw. Many nice events take place regularly in the vicinity, e.g. every Friday in summer, open-air dance parties in Królikarnia Park, every Saturday in summer jazz concerts in Dreszera Park, and every Sunday from spring till mid-autumn, the Breakfast Market (public food market with delicacies) in the park just 2 minutes walk from the flat.
