The kitchen is brand-new and contains everything you need to prepare meals - and there is a dining table where 4 people can comfortably eat. Upstairs you'll find 2 double bedrooms with built-in cupboards and a shared shower-room. Beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to maximise your comfort. Free WiFi is provided as well as a Tassimo coffee maker with free pods. Access to the apartment is through the main-house front door. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect the (hidden) standard check-in times. There is a charge of £50 for each set of lost keys. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If the (hidden) team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 to cover the extra cleaning and restoration costs. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
