Our lovely studio is located in Chelsea and close to many attractions and transport links. Located on the ground floor, the studio is within a hotel and residence building. A comfortable double bed awaits, made with fresh hotel-quality linen and towels for your use. Storage is available under the bed and in the closet. The bathroom features complimentary toiletries for your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook a meal. There is also a desk if you need to get some work done. TV, WiFi and a washing machine are available for your use. The studio also comes equipped with an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. Please note that construction works in the building may cause some noise disturbance, and there is currently no estimated end date for these works. Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 12AM, and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Chelsea is a well-known and admired area of West London and is packed with shops, eateries and nightspots, including a selection of luxury retail. A quick to many of King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea, which is where the Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the River Thames in clear view. And being right by South Kensington station you are near some of the world’s most famous museums including the V&A and National History Museum, which can be enjoyed all year long with numerous exhibits and events.
