A lovely two bedroom flat in Wimbledon Village, just a few steps away from all the tennis action and a minutes walk from the bus stop. Welcome to our home! This lovely, high ceiling, converted period property with view of Centre Court is located on the 1st floor with stair access. The spacious and bright living room feature a sofa and TV - a wonderful place to relax, flooded with light from the tall windows and overlooking Wimbledon Village. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a lovely home cooked meal, including an oven, stove and microwave, along with basic kitchenware, a coffee machine and dishwasher! The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room. Both bathrooms have been beautifully designed to a high standard, with towels and toiletries included during your stay, along with fresh, hotel-quality linen on the bed before your arrival. FOR YOUR INFO: There is scaffolding at the front of the building for painting and maintenance. Completion is expected by end of October 2020. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). The area is full of green spaces, and of course, perfect for the tennis lovers! We are close to tennis, shops and amenities of Wimbledon Village.
