A short 5 minute walk takes you to Argegno among restaurants, shops, bars and an artisanal ice cream shop in the square.This 4 flors villa has been completely renovated and modernized, with such a fabulous interior design and with incredible views from the panoramic windows. You will be enchanted by the landscape while you sip a glass of wine in the jacuzzi (open from April to September), accompanied by your favorite music. If temperatures rise during the day you can retreat to one of the air-conditioned bedrooms to cool off.The terrace of Villa Castello embraces the garden, the lounge space and the extraordinary relaxation area. Here you can rest in the hydromassage tub overlooking the lake, lie on the loungers or have a delicious breakfast, all while admiring the mountains and tranquil waters of Lake Como.The kitchen is new and equipped with the most modern equipment, so you can comfortably prepare all your meals. An excellent bottle of cold prosecco awaits all guests upon arrival, to start their stay in the right way!The outdoor jacuzzi will be available from March to November. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 4th 2025 and April 15th 2025 included. N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 4th and April the 15th included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
