This is a premium flat with 80m2 in total, counting with 3 Zimmer (3 rooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room including dining area and kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies). It’s all furnished, brand new flat with sunlight the whole day. There is also a nice barbecue grill at the back balcony, it's a closed grill, so it can be also used during winter. Smoking is allowed in either of the two balconies. The second bedroom / the guest room has a sleeping-sofa, it's a sofa that can be opened and converted into a 160x200cm bed. The guest room is also equipped with a table and a monitor that can be used as a work from home space. The kitchen is also brand new and is equipped with a dish washer besides, fridge with freezer, stove and oven and lots of other utensils like coffee machines, sandwich maker, etc. The location is excellent, it's just in the corner with the bridge between Friederischain, Kreuzberg and Treptower, 2min walking to the river Spree, and a few minutes walk to the molecule man, 8min walking to either Ostkreuz sbahn or Treptower Park sbahn. From Ostkreuz you can take a FEX train that gets you to the airport in only 17min. By bike you can get to Warschauer Strasse in 10min. Near the flat there are 2 supermarkets, Lidl and Edeka, and there's also a night shop at the door entrance, a few restaurants and cafes near by. Friedrichshain is an active neighbourhood in Berlin, with lots happening almost everyday, but the flat is equipped with thick windows, that once closed, one can barely hear the noise on the street. Besides that, the flat is on the 4th floor, so there is enough distance to the streets, but at the same time, it's easily accessible with an elevator. The building has also a backyard with spots to park bikes. We love this apartment, and we're looking for someone to stay during this period that we'll be travelling and take care of the flat at the same time as we wish you have a pleasant and smooth stay.
