The wooden details of the furniture give us the feeling of an intimate and very cozy space. The wall-to-wall windows fill the space with lots of light and allow access to the terrace overlooking the Jardins de Margarida Comas. The kitchen is independent and also has access to the terrace. It is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher and even a coffee maker to enjoy that morning coffee. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of them en suite. In addition, a third bedroom equipped with 2 desks offers the option of having it as a work or study area. Both bedrooms have built-in closet so you can store everything you need. In total, the apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of them has a bathtub and the other one has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. At the same distance is the Ciudadela Park, where you can enjoy outdoor activities; 10 minutes walk away is the Olympic Port of Barcelona; 12 minutes, the beach of Nova Icaria; and 13 minutes, the North station, where you will find buses that make national and international connections.
