New furnishings and contemporary decor fit the commercial and metropolitan character of the area. The studio also has an amazing glass-paneled balcony with city views. This compact apartment efficiently gathers everything needed for a comfortable stay in one cozy space: media (a free WiFi connection and a flat screen TV with internet access), essential kitchen appliances (a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle) and complimentary toiletries for guests. Our guests can also book a breakfast option at an additional cost. Thanks to the dynamic development, the Wola district became the business center of Warsaw with numerous office buildings, shopping and dining points. The location is perfectly connected to other districts of Warsaw. The nearest train station, Warszawa Wola, is only 800 m away from the apartment, and the nearest metro station "Płocka" - 1.5 km away. When using public transport, the strict center of Warsaw, Śródmieście, can be reached in 25 minutes, and the Old Town - in 30 minutes. It is a perfect base to explore Warsaw's museums and historical sites, as well as to fully experience the bustling city life of this vibrant city. The neighborhood can meet all daily needs, with the grocery stores in the same building and the supermarket across the street. For a respite from city life, guests can relax in one of the nearby green recreation areas with playgrounds for children, multimedia fountain shows and a bungee jumping service. The property has an energy certificate. SERVICES: Bedding and towels(changed every 8 days) are included in the rent. Final cleaning fee of 109zl is required at moveout. Breakfast can be purchased for additional 30zl/night. A cot is available for a fee of 50zl/night. There is no parking space reserved for the guests. Check-in 15:00-24:00, checkout until 11:00.
