In the hallway of these rooms, there are two full bathrooms. Quiet building with a large portal. Located a few meters from the marina and Poniente beach. Many services, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes. Ideal for getting around on foot due to the situation. It has a taxi rank and a bus station nearby. City bus and electric vehicle rental option. Public parking is a few meters away. Smoking is not allowed in the house, pets are not allowed, and parties and other farewells are prohibited. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected and special care must be taken when moving through common areas. The house has a noise detector with notification to the police in case of excess noise above the permitted limits. Cot option with prior notice.
