There is a very spacious backyard where the tenants can leave the bicycles. The apartment is made of a bedroom with kitchen annex and private bathroom en-suite, bedroom with private bathroom en-suite and common corridor. The apartment is equipped with 2 big double beds (an additional single bed or double bed are available upon previous request), TV, armchairs, tables and chairs. PLACE (FURNITURE, APPLIANCES) The Lessor can get for the tenants an additional bed upon previous request (single bed or sofa-beds). The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, fan, chargers and TV. SERVICE APARTMENTS There is a good internet connection in the building. The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, home-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants.
