As we will be staying abroad will would like to rent out our apartment for 3 months. A tenant would have to rent the apartment for the full 3 months (can live there shorter if desired). The apartment is located in Amsterdam Oud-West. This upscale neighbourhood is in walking distance to most well known tourist attractions of Amsterdam (such as Leidseplein or Vondelpark are a 5-10min walk, Food Hallen 5min walk). The neighbourhood is full of great Cafes and Restaurants while still being spared of the tourist masses and remaining authentic. Our house was built in 1887 and provides the original Amsterdam charme. The apartment has two floors and provides a large living space, 2 bedrooms, a greatly equipped kitchen (which got installed this year), a modern bathroom, a guest toilet and a spacious terrace on roof level. The is also a small office space which we intend to leave closed up to keep our belongings there. The apartment is equipped for a family with a baby or a toddler but will also be great for couples or anyone currently looking for a permanent place or currently has ongoing repairs at his/her own place. The rent includes everything such as water, electricity, gas, and internet. We will however assume that you won't overextend the bill by over 150% on utilities otherwise we will deduct this from the deposit. We ask for one month worth of deposit.
