The room is clean and pleasant, furnished effectively and comprises: single or double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair, wardrobe, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp, curtains (type Ikea, ...).We have 2 very large rooms which are composed of 2 communicating rooms within one room you have your double bed, 2-night tables, a big wardrobe, and a smaller closet and a beautiful fireplace. And the other room is your private living room with a large seat, carpet and a working desk with a chair and another fireplace. The kitchen is provided from forks and spoons, pot and pans and at your arrival, you will receive a clean new pillow and a duvet. Wireless internet is included in the rent. A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the rent .You can use the washing machine and dryer in the house which is included in the rent . The room is cleaned before arrival and this most be kept clean by the tenant himself . We are looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 6 months or 12 months .
