The day area has a bright and modern dining room, where the comfortable and spacious sofa invites you to have relaxing evenings while you have fun with your favorite programs; or enjoy an entertaining meeting with snacks and friends in the light of the decorative fireplace. From the dining room you can access the balcony with a privileged view of the impressive and wonderful Sagrada Familia basilica. The kitchen is perfectly integrated, it is equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. It has been decorated with avant-garde elements that fill this space with modernity. The night area has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub and have a double bed, closet and ceiling fan. The master bedroom is a suite, has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and a full bathroom with shower. A small room equipped with a desk, could function as a study at home. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The apartment is located in Carrer de Rosselló, just a few minutes walk from the spectacular basilica of the Sagrada Familia. It is part of the neighborhood that bears the same name, within the district of l'Eixample. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. A few steps away is the Avenida Gaudi, an avenue that breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a number of bars and cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of the tremendous work of Gaudi. The nearest station is located 2 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5). Diagonal Avenue is 7 minutes away, as well as the charming Paseo Sant Joan, where you will find a number of bus stops as well as a great gastronomic offer.
