After a massive success with our first Tesla house, this year we decided to open a brand new Erasmus student dorm house only a few blocks away from Tesla house and in a mile radius there are more than few major universities. There is a convenience store close by and a bit further even a big shopping mall. The main city bus line and bus stop is on the same street as the house, so you will have no trouble getting around. This house has 3 floors with 24 cozy and bright (fully furnished) rooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens with dining and socialising areas one on each floor, plenty of bathrooms and toilets and even a jacuzzi. The house has a massive private garden with lots of greenery for barbeque or sunbathing and even a big terrace to enjoy morning coffee in the sun or maybe evening drinks with housemates. All the floors are accessible to all residents by the main staircase and so all the amenities are at your disposal, allthought each floor is a self sufficient unit with everything one might need for a comfortable living. First Floor: On the first floor there is a very spacious and bright, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators/freezers, 2 convection stoves, oven, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cabinets for storage of kitchen items and food. The kitchen is the main socialising area as it has flat screen TV, Air Conditioning, plenty of tables and chairs and an access to a big terrace overlooking the green garden behind the house. There are two bathrooms/toilets on this floor. The smaller bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink while the bigger bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a jacuzzi. Altogether there are 3 single bedrooms and 5 queen size bedrooms on this floor. Although the floor is basically self sufficient all other amenities across the house are at residents disposal as well and are accessible by staircase connecting all three floors. Room is a bright, single bedroom on the first floor of the house. It has approx 9m2 of floor surface. It is fully furnished with a single bed, closet, desk with light, chair and a nigh stand with light and it has it’s own access to a balcony overlooking the front yard....
