This spacious, well-kept and comfortable room is available for a long-term or a short-term staying. About this Home This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is furnished with all the essentials and conveniently located in Fenway right off of the Back Bay Fens park. The park is practically in your backyard and features a rose garden, botanical garden and World War II memorial, and an athletic track. You are also near the famous Fenway Park baseball field in case you want to catch the last-minute game! This home features a neutral beige color scheme with plant and wood decor accents. The living room is equipped with a TV, while the kitchen boasts ample cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is newly renovated and has tile walling and flooring. The 3 bedrooms all feature queen-sized beds, blackout curtains, and personal desk space. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting you!...
