The day area consists of a bright living room that has 2 seating areas and access to a cozy balcony that has a nice view of the Jardins de Manuel Blancafort. The spacious kitchen is connected to the living room but is completely independent, in it you will find all the utensils you will need from your arrival such as ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.. Here we find the dining room with 6 chairs where you can enjoy meals with friends and family. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is double and en suite, has a large closet where you can store everything you need and exterior view. The other two bedrooms are interior and single, both with closet and desk which is perfect if you study or work. These rooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. It is possible to include a parking space, the cost is 100 euros per month. *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in the hills of the city, supplied by all kinds of stores, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and surrounded by gardens that invite you to relax and go for a walk, or do outdoor activities and sports. These green spaces are the gardens of Manuel Blancafort, Mercè Rodoreda and Turó del Putxet, from the latter you get incredible views of Barcelona. A 15-minute walk away we find the renowned and fantastic Park Güell. In addition, the nearest station is Vallcarca (L3), located 3 minutes away; and Tibidabo station (L7) is 8 minutes away.
