It includes a living room with a TV, a dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen that comes equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift. Room: This comfortable room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a window that faces the airshaft of the building making a room with less light. We would like to inform you that this room has two doors, however, one of them is sealed and does not have access to anywhere else. As a disclaimer, we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements.
