You will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than 6 months. It is an ideal place for remote working not only thanks to the high-speed wifi connection but also the different comfortable spaces to do it It is located within a 7' walking distance from Vallcarca metro station,5' from the nearest supermarket, 12' from Park Guell and 20' from the center of Gracia. The neighbourhood is a residential area essentially of local families and consequently very safe and calm. The quality of the air is also much better than the city center as it is uphill.
