Ground floor studio apartment in trendy Schillerkiez. Suitable for one person or a couple. The area is fantastic with an international vibe, lots of young people, as well as shops, cafés, restaurants and parks. It's well connected by U-Bahn and S-Bahn (12 mins to Alexanderplatz). The flat consists of one large living room, separate bathroom with shower and toilet and separate kitchen with fridge, cooker / oven and microwave (no washing machine but there is a good laundrette close by). The flat is located in the interior courtyard but, thanks to the huge windows, gets good light especially in the afternoons. It also has a small outdoor terrace with shrubs. The living room has a large sofa-bed which easily sleeps two. There is a bed in storage which I could assemble on request but I think it's preferable to have the space. There is no TV but there is a fast Internet connection. The place is furnished and comes with bed-linen, towels, dishes and cutlery etc...
