The day area has a spacious and cozy living room with a modern decoration in neutral colors and the result provides a warm atmosphere. You will also find a desk, which you can use as a telecommuting or study space as you prefer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you need, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, so you do not have to worry about anything and you can cook from your arrival. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, which has a large built-in closet to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The Plaza de la Barceloneta is the closest to the apartment, just a 1 minute walk away. Barceloneta beach is 5 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park. The apartment is located in Passeig Joan de Borbo, which is a perfect place to walk and enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. In front of the apartment is located the dock, where the most impressive yachts are anchored. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 5 minutes from the apartment.
