The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which 2 of them are private. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. All bills are included up to 30 euros per person. Cleaning is offered at least 2x per month in common areas. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided. How does our Reservation Process work: Once your room is booked here, you will receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to prepare the contract. You must then proceed with paying the last rent, deposit and entry fee directly to the landlord. Your check-in is authorized ONLY 24h after this payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed. Our check-ins are from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays!
