The house is located right next to the ocean and a biking/walking trail. It is only a 5-minute walk from the University of Iceland and approximately 12 minutes from the town center. The room is located on the ground floor, and there are currently 3 other housemates on the same floor. The room features hardwood flooring, a security system, smoke detectors, and a brand new super comfy bed, chair, and open cabinet for clothes. Underfloor heating. There is a separate entrance for the housemates on the ground floor, and the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room are shared. Please note that the room is rented only for a single person.
