Male applicants are kindly requested to refrain from applying. - Applicants must introduce themselves and provide their nationality and occupation. Student applicants should specify who will pay for their stay in Vienna and/or provide proof of income. - The minimum stay in the room is 4 months. Earlier check out will turn into deposit retention - Meldezzettel and or rental agreement will be provided, but it will turn into a +10% on the total rental cost; 4. APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is quiet and conveniently located near a supermarket, train, and public transport (Rennweg Station). - There are already 2 rooms rented to 2 girls in the same apartment. Facilities include 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 dining room. - Additional required costs labeled as "Other" include building administration and heating costs. The administrator of the building take it, not me. The costs/utilities mentioned in this offer are intended for each roommate and must be paid monthly in advance. - the Tenant Protection fee you will be charged is simply the H.A. fee or commission. They collect it, not me. - there is a new law in Austria which obliges all the real estate unit to pay the TV licence even if there is not TV in the apartment. Consequently you are asked to pay €5,10 each month to your roommate Erna which is in charge to collect the money - To book this accommodation, send a booking request or a message indicating your age, whether you are a student or worker, and which university or company you attend/work for. - Please provide details of your sources of income that enable you to pay the rent and your stay in Rome. - After booking, you will receive my contact details. You might have a reasonable need to ask for information about the apartment or check-in. This must be done exclusively in writing. No phone calls, please. 5. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - Your deposit will be returned via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio.
