The apartment is within walking distance of I.P. Pavlova (metro line C), Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru, and Karlovo náměstí. It is situated on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. The room offers approximately 17 m2 of space and comes fully furnished with an extendable double bed (2×80 cm, total width 160 cm), bed linen, desk with chair and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and tasteful decorations. The room also includes a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. 🏡 Common areas & equipment: The apartment features a modern shared kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, including a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils. A washing machine with dryer is also available. 💰 Rental conditions: All utilities are included in the price (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). The standard contract duration is one year. As we are direct owners, no commission fees apply. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (for stays shorter than 3 months, the deposit is 50% of one month’s rent).
