The day area consists of a bright living room with access to a balcony overlooking Valencia street. The kitchen is modern and is integrated to the living room, it is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook from your arrival. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: one double and one single. The double bedroom has a closet, bedside tables and access to the balcony; the single bedroom is interior and has a closet, chest of drawers and bedside table. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The laundry area, for private use, is located on the roof of the building. The apartment has air conditioning and heating by hot and cold pump, as well as wifi. The apartment is located in the Eixample Esquerra neighborhood, this is one of the most valued areas of Barcelona due to its central location. The area is very quiet, residential and is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. The nearest metro lines are "Hospital Clinic" (L5), 5 minutes walking distance; and "Urgell" (L1), 8 minutes away.
