One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has bunk beds. To end your day or enjoy your weekends you can chill at the balcony, which is facing to a quite, green street. Utilities Utilities are paid via a monthly fund. At the end of the tenancy, actual consumption will be calculated and any difference will be either refunded or charged accordingly. Rental Conditions Bedding and towels can be provided for the duration of the stay at €42 per month. Internet service (optional): €45 per month. Alarm system (optional): €60 per month. The property is equipped with an optional alarm and security monitoring service designed to enhance tenant safety and protect the property and its contents. The tenant is free to contract this service or to implement alternative reasonable security measures of their choosing.
