The city tax is not included in the given price and it will be CHF 2.50 per person/night. You have to pay the city-tax only for the first 30 nights. VAT 3.7% The breakfast is as well not included since you will have a fully equipped kitchenette in the studio but free to try it! It will cost CHF 21.- per person/day and be served from 6:30am to 10:30am. The room is cleaned every 7 days. If you want to change the towels before 7 days, the extra charge is for CHF 10.-; in case of extra cleaning of the studio costs CHF 30.- and of the flat CHF 40.-. The hotel as a bar and a restaurant called YUKA. The bar is open every day until 11pm and the restaurant is open from 5pm to 10pm. The restaurant is open for lunch as well with a daily offer, only from Monday to Friday. In case you need some food products during your stay, you can actually buy it in our Mini Market. We have coffee capsules, pasta, rice, tomato sauce, tuna can, olives oil and vinegar -for example. Just new we have a section with games such as Monopoly and a section with additional equipment for the kitchen. For both sections we are going to ask for a deposit and when you will return the borrow item, you will receive back the deposit. The Mini Market is just behind the reception and it is together with our Foodwall, where you can find chocolate, chips and pop-corn (just few examples). The hotel offers as well a fitness room including the sauna. The fitness room will be 24/7 available and the sauna from 3pm to 10pm. Both are included in the room price. The WIFI is free of charges and it has a strong and fast connection, everywhere in the hotel. The hotel also offers a small garage with 29 parking spaces for CHF 29 per car/night.
