You rent one bedroom out of two on the top floor of the villa with own entrance. Top floor consists of large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, furnished glass balcony and an outside place. You share the kitchen and the bathroom with the other student only. Internet connection, electricity, water and heat included as well as bed sheets and towels. Appropriate for two exchange students who know each other or want to get acquainted with a new student.
