The property is located just north of Prenzaluer Berg and has a convenient M1 tram bringing you into the city centre (Alexanderplatz) in only 30 minutes. The supermaket is a short walk along the road. What makes this property special is the stunning communal heated indoor pool and sauna. Enjoy a relaxing swim or regular excercise all year round in your private resort! The building also has a convenient coin operated communal laundry (washer and dryer - see photo). Please note: Maximum 1 person, no children or pets. If you are coming for work and you are on probation, please do not apply.
