Das Bad ist modern augestattet. Aus dem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sowie der Küche kann man durch große Fensterfront das Treiben auf der Langen Reihe beobachten. Die Lange Reihe liegt im Szeneviertel St. Georg, also im Herzen der Hansestadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein EDEKA sowie diverse Restaurants und Bars. Zu Fuß kann man entspannt in 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder an die Alster laufen und ist damit sofort in der Innenstadt. Direkt vor der Haustür ist zusätzlich eine Busstation.
