Well connected in terms of transport. Rocafort (L1) is the closest metro station (5 minutes on feet). Only 10 minutes away you can get Poble Sec (L3) and Plaza España (L1, L3, L8 and ferrocarrils). The flat is next to Gran Via and Plaza España, where most of the buses stop by. Located in a beautiful old fashioned building with elevator, this flat on the first floor keeps the nobleman's character with all conveniences after a nice renovation working in 2021. It has three bedrooms and the one to be rent faces a big courtyard. It makes it very quiet and bright. It has a nicde wardrobe with a mirror and there is a smart TV on the wall. As I said, the flat counts with all the comfort: temperature sensor to regulate the air conditioning and the heating, WiFi, Smart TV, a study room for three people with fibre optic conextion. Next to the study room there is a nice laundry room in the terrace with a lot of space to hang up the washing outdoor. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave and dish-washer) and it is open to the corridor by a breakfast-bar. It is completely new just as the bathroom. Both of them has been renovated and tastefully decorated. There is a nice living room where you can relax and have lunch or dinner. It is very bright too because there are two balconies. We appreciate your privacy because for us it is also important. In this flat there are currently two girls. Macarena and Núria. They are medical students so a quiet and respectful ambiance is very important. Parties are not allowed and smokers cannot stay here.
