It looks from the living room on th(hidden)ssic "Stalin buildings" in the Karl Marx Allee and from the kitchen and bedroom over the roofs of the quiet "Nord-Kiez" (you can sleep with the window open !). The apartment is very centrally located, only 50 m from the entrance to the Weberwiese subway station, 7 min from Alexanderplatz and 15 min from the main train station. The rental is advised from 2-3 months until Ultimo - gladly 12 months (or even more). The compensation is 1700,- plus 250,- Euro additional costs. The apartment is rented "all incl." with kitchen appliances, induction stove, retro fridge, dishwasher and washing machine as well as TV / Internet (Telekom , Magenta TV & Netflix) . It is "fully equipped" ( bathroom incl towels, kitchen incl dishes, cooking equipment etc. . and also the bedding is not missing). A cleaning service can be organized on request for 30,-/ 2h. It is a well-cut, almost 60m2 apartment with bedroom, living room and eat-in kitchen ( in the extended end of the kitchen a sofa invites you to linger). It has an inside bathroom/WC and a large 2m wide entrance area. There are 4 sleeping places, a 1.60m boxspring bed for 2 persons in the bedroom and a sofa bed - also for 2 persons in the living room. There are 2 - if necessary expandable to 3 - workstations for a relaxed work in the home office . - - - - - - - - - - - DE: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7 OG ( Penthaus Blick ) , besitzt einen Fahrstuhl und ist in einer Nord-Süd Ausrichtung angeordnet. Sie blickt vom Wohnzimmer aus auf die klassischen „Stalin-Bauten“ in der Karl Marx Allee und aus Küche und Schlafzimmer über die Dächer des Ruhigen "Nord-Kiezes" (man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen !). Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur knapp 50 m vom Eingang U-Bahnhof Weberwiese, knapp 7 U-Bahn min vom Alexanderplatz und 15 vom Hauptbahnhof Die Vermietung ist avisiert ab 2-3 Monaten bis Ultimo - gerne 12 Monate (oder auch mehr).
