Please note that in North America, this would be called the second floor. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (air-conditioning) and the other with a double bed that can transform into a single bed OR become an office/lounge. → Living room The living room has a vintage decor and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Kitchen Equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, four-burner stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker (coffee not included), washing machine and iron. Clothesline for laundry like a true Lisboetta. Additional Info: → City tax will be charged according to the law. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
