Aranda is a 140 square meter apartment in Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood. The 2 bedroom 2 bath home finds a balance between modern sleek design with antique furniture pieces and old school ceiling mouldings. Upon stepping into the space, find an open plan space with a chic kitchen island which doubles as a bar area. The fridges are disguised as closets with wood finishings and a stylish grid wine rack on the opposite wall. The living area has a large dining table closer to the kitchen and a lounge area with TV at the other end. Next to the kitchen, a storage area with two closets is partitioned by glass dividers. A custom made work space with desk has a small alcove fitted with sofa chair and bookshelf. The first bedroom is simple but elegant with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large full length mirror and shower. The second bedroom comes with a single bed and ample storage space. The second bathroom also comes with shower. All bed and bath linens provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply.
