🏡Apartment - via Beverara - Bologna🏡 Charming loft style apartment (40 sqm), an ideal accommodation in Bologna, recently renovated and located on the first floor of a modern building (without elevator) at the brims of the city, in a quiet and green area. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. This apartment mixes period finishes, such as the 5 meters high ceiling with exposed beams, with the comfort of a modern and cosy furniture. The property opens up directly onto the living room, furnished with a piece of furniture with a TV and a DVD player and a double sofa bed. A tailor made wooden staircase leads from the day area to the mezzanine, where you find an intimate and cosy sleeping area, complete with a french bed (120 cm wide) and a closet with glass doors. The kitchen is tailor made and, even if quite small, it is fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and hob. Located at the feet of the staircase leading to the mezzanine floor, the kitchen is fitted with very functional furniture, such as a breakfast counter which permits to comfortably enjoy meals. The bathroom is located behind an elegant white sliding door and is fitted with a washing machine and a spacious shower stall. Extra facilities : -Portable A/C device The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses (€ 50 per month), WiFi internet (€ 40 per month) and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of € 80 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata. Area: The apartment is located in the center of Ca' Bianca district, a quiet residential area a few steps from Via Zanardi, which connects the district to the historic center in 5 minutes by car or a few bus stops. The area is highly strategic, thanks to its proximity to the Marconi international airport, to the ring road exit and to the Bologna Exhibition Center (reachable in 5 minutes by car). In the vicinity of the apartment there are several shops, a supermarket, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a bank, bars and restaurants. The Lame shopping center, one of the largest in all Emilia Romagna, is also a short distance away. Public transportation: Bus 11 and bus 30 stop in front of the house, which take you to the train station and to the city centre in a few stops. Parking: The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). You may park in front of the building. Important: guests must pay a tourism tax, which is not included in the price. € 4 to € 7 per person, per night. The fee is only applied to the first 5 nights.
