(more info about me in my profile). The apartment is on the 2:th floor in a 6 floored building. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room and a bathroom. I'm looking to rent out the smallest bedroom (please see the floor plan in pictures). The apartment is really well equipped; it has both a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. It’s a great flat with lots of light and space in a very safe and calm neighborhood. It takes 7 min (walking distance) to the nearest grocery store and pharmacy. There is a Nature reserve and Botanical garden situated just below the building if you're into a walk or run in green areas. I have 2 dogs (Shi Tzus) that are very kind and sweet, that stays with me often. I share them with my parents.
