The apartment has one room that serves as a living room, kitchen and bedroom. There is also a beautiful bathroom, an anteroom and a separat cloakroom. Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as to the laundry room, which is located on the ground floor. A beautiful, quiet park is 250 meters away from the property. It takes only 15 minutes by tram to the University of Vienna as well as the center. The apartment is facing the courtyard, so you can't hear the street and the traffic. Public transportation is just around the corner (bus + tram). Metro and train are 10 minutes on foot or 2 tram stops away. There is a supermarket and a drugstore just down the street...
