I am coming back from a burnout and often use my free time to just relax at home, watching Netflix. Feel free to ask me questions you may have about me. I’m sure you want a good fit to share living space with. I am looking for a responsible and mature person, and preferably also social and easygoing. I’m a member of Warmshower and long distance bicyclists are welcome to stay here overnight, one night, before they continue their travels. They sleep in the living room. In September, there may be quite a few coming by, the rest of the year only occasionally. I prefer doors to be open daytime part from when privacy is wished for and I rarely close my bedroom door daytime. The rent is 450 euro per month, no extra for electricity etc. As a one-time-cost, you make a payment to ME to cover MY admin cost to HousingAnywhere. There is also a deposit of 500 euro, which you will be re-paid when you leave everything it was when you came. Earliest moving in date is January 1st. If you want to, and if the room is still available then, you can come visit and see me and the apartment two days before that.
