I am a private landlord for our 7 bed fully furnished student accommodation in Leicester. I have been renting rooms successfully to students for over 30 years. Our accommodation is ideal for overseas students as everything is provided in the kitchen and we also offer a bedding package if required (charge). We have a regular cleaner for communal areas.
