The apartment is really quiet and comfortable. A unique space with views towards the cozy square behind Estacio de França. Twin beds in the sleeping area, and spacious bathroom with large shower. There is a full and modern equipped kitchen opened to the living room. We provide bed linens and towels included in the rent and there is the possibility to offer weekly cleaning. These accommodation Barcelona also includes: air conditioning, free Wi-fi, elevator and an amazing roof terrace with a chillout area, a shower and 360o overview of Barcelona (open until 9:30 pm) On the ground floor of the building, there is a laundromat with industrial machines working with coins. This laundromat is for private use for our tenants and has limited opening hours (from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm). Also on the ground floor, there is a modern coworking space. During high season (April to October) price may increase + 100€ / month A refundable deposit would be asked for both, the apartment and for the key that gives you access to the common areas.
