Beautiful and spacious private bedroom available, perfect for students of Politecnico, IED and Bocconi. Just 20-minute to Citta studi (Politecnico and universita di milano) with tram 91. Only 10 minute walking distance to Lodi metro stop. Really nice area with supermarkets, shops and bus and tram stops. The private bedroom is composed of a double size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk with a chair and a bookshelf. THe room is really bright thanks to the big window. The flat is on the ground floor. There are 5 private bedrooms in total (max 5 flatmates in total), 2 restructured bathrooms. There is also a nice and spacious living room with TV and sofa and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and share moments with your flatmates. You will also have access to 20mq2 rooftop terrace! The apartment is really big and all the room will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded and it will be 60 euro per months (wi-fi, water, electricity, heating, condominium fee, everything is included). - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost.
